At Travelers Limo Services, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for bookings made through our website or official representatives.
All bookings made through our website (including Stripe online payments and Cash on Delivery) are considered confirmed once payment or booking confirmation is received.
We understand that plans can change — therefore, we offer a limited refund window under certain conditions.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only if you cancel your ride within 3 hours of making the booking.
Within 3 hours of booking: 100% refund (minus any Stripe transaction fee, if applicable).
After 3 hours of booking: No refund will be issued.
No-show or late cancellation: If the driver has already been dispatched or reached the pickup point, the full fare will be charged and is non-refundable.
⚠️ Example:
If you booked a ride at 2:00 PM, you must cancel before 5:00 PM to be eligible for a refund.
If payment was made via Stripe (credit/debit card), the refund will be processed back to the same payment method used for booking.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) bookings, refunds (if any) will be made through bank transfer or credit for future rides.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
No refund will be issued if:
Cancellation is made after 3 hours of booking confirmation.
The driver is already en route or has arrived at the pickup location.
The passenger provides incorrect pickup details or is unavailable at the time of pickup.
Any misconduct, violation of terms, or misuse of service occurs.
Travelers Limo Services reserves the right to:
Refuse or limit refund requests in cases of abuse or repeated cancellations.
Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
