Cancelation Policy

Customers can cancel their booking free of charge two hours prior to their scheduled pick up time.A ride canceled after two hours of scheduled pick up time is subject to a charge of 50% fee of total fare.

Any cancelation after one hour of scheduled pick up time is subject to full fare no show charge.
